Download Neptune Release 1.0

The Neptune source code (mostly written in C/C++, and some Perl scritps) is available here for research purposes only. It is released under a license similar to GPL. You may find the terms in the source code. The current Neptune distribution is release 0.1.

We would appreciate it if you could take a second to enter some information before downloading Neptune. The information we seek here are only for statistical analysis and bug reporting purposes. All information will be held in complete confidence and not be released for any reason. The Neptune-announce mailing list is a low traffic mailing list that we use to inform our users of major changes in the Neptune project, as well as new releases of software. No emails will be sent to submitted email addresses unless you choose to join the Neptune-announce list.
