CV

I am a sixth-year Ph.D. student in the Computer Science Department at UC, Santa Barbara. I am working in the SAND Lab (Systems, Algorithms, Networking and Data), co-advised by Professor Ben Y. Zhao and Professor Heather Zheng. I received my bachelor degree of Electronic Engineering from Tsinghua University in 2013.

My primary research interest is Security and Privacy of Internet systems and Mobile systems such as Online Social Networks (OSNs), Crowdsourcing systems, and Mobile applications. I am particularly interested in measurement and data-driven analysis of such systems. My goal is to further understand Internet systems and mobile systems, identify security issues, and provide practical solutions.

NEWS

2017 Moving to UChicago: I’m moving to University of Chicago this fall as a visiting scholar.
2017 Summer Internship: I just finished my summer internship at Facebook.
