If all players fold before the blind betting ends or everyone folds before the second round of betting ends. |

Once the blind betting ends and the flop cards are dealt. |

| Description |
After the first round of the betting and the flop cards are dealt, the second round of betting begins. Once the second round of betting ends, the turn card is dealt, placing a fourth card on the table. With this done, players continue to the third round of betting. |
