The survey's purpose is to measure how well CS 50 students "can function effectively on teams to accomplish a common goal." The quoted part is taken from the Computer Science Department's 2008-14 Program Assessment and Evaluation Plan. CS 50 is the "assessment context" for a number of key program outcomes this quarter, including this one about functioning effectively on teams. There are three performance criteria for this program outcome, and below we ask you to rate yourself and each of your team members on each of these criteria.

You will not identify teammates in your answers, but please think about the behavior of each one of them while you make your ratings. Rate yourself first, and then each of your teammates in whatever order. Most of you have three teammates to rate (leave the last set of ratings blank if your group just has three members).

When done, be sure to click the checkbox (to confirm you are done) and then the SUBMIT button (both are near the bottom of this page).
