- I am a Ph.D. candidate in the Computer Science Department at the University of California, Santa Barbara (UCSB), advised by Arpit Gupta.
My research interests include system design, with a heavy interest in networked systems, as well as analyzing the security and performance of these systems. I am motivated by projects that can substantially improve the state of the art, and I believe usability is a key factor to system design to ensure these systems are adopted by industry or the public. My career goal is to create systems that have a lasting impact on the effectiveness and evolution of our society.
Before starting at UCSB in August 2019, I earned a Bachelor's and Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University (CMU) and am grateful to have been advised by Vyas Sekar.
